Return/Exchange Policy

At LuvHerStyle we want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. We guarantee that all items are thoroughly checked before they are shipped, but we understand things can still happen.

Below are details of our return and exchange policy:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received.
• Once your return is received and inspected, approved items will be issued store credit or exchanged for equal of lesser value.
• Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
